Step 1 - Book an appointment
Arrange a visit to our design studio and begin exploring the possibilities for your new kitchen.
We encourage you to bring along anything that helps communicate your vision - architectural plans, room dimensions, photographs of your existing space, inspiration from magazines or mood boards, and, of course, your own ideas.
Step 2 - Discuss your vision
Discuss your vision with one of our designers over a cup of coffee, and be inspired by their creativity, expertise and passion for kitchen design.
Initial consultations typically last 60–90 minutes, allowing us to fully explore your ideas and understand how you want to live in and use your new space.
Step 3 - Bring your ideas to life
Our designers will translate your ideas into beautifully detailed, photorealistic visuals, along with a tailored cost proposal aligned to your budget.
These initial designs and figures act as a starting point - giving you a clear vision of the space and an outline of costs - before we refine and develop the scheme together.
Step 4 - Order and manufacture
Once you’re happy with the final design, we secure a production slot and your kitchen is made to order in a state-of-the-art German factory in Dresden, crafted to your exact specifications.
At this stage, we take a deposit to confirm your order and move into production, with lead times typically 6–12 weeks depending on the range.
Where required, we carry out a site survey to confirm key elements such as electrics and plumbing. For clients using our installation service, this ensures a seamless fit.
Step 5 - Your kitchen is on its way
With Germany’s renowned precision and efficiency, your kitchen is delivered to our Edinburgh storage facility, where it is carefully checked and securely stored until your project is ready for delivery.
This ensures everything arrives on site exactly when needed, keeping your project running smoothly and on schedule.
Step 6 - Installation
On the first day of installation, if you’ve chosen our fitting service, our skilled team will arrive on site and begin work in line with the agreed schedule. From this point, your vision starts to take shape as we carefully bring the design to life, coordinating specialist trades throughout.
Our installation teams share the same pride and attention to detail as our designers, treating your home and project with the care it deserves.
