I’m Nick McNally - welcome to our kitchen design studio
Before moving into kitchen design, I studied Interactive Media Design at Edinburgh Art College and worked as a chef in busy commercial kitchens. This combination of creativity, technical thinking and hands-on experience continues to shape my approach to design today.
I believe the best kitchens begin by understanding how people live. Every project is designed around the individual, balancing functionality, aesthetics and practicality to create spaces that feel effortless to use and enjoyable to spend time in.
Working closely with homeowners, architects and contractors, I oversee projects from initial consultation through to completion, ensuring every detail is carefully considered along the way.

Cat Millar - Studio Manager
With over 30 years of experience, Cat plays a key role in keeping the studio and our projects running smoothly. Her organisation, efficiency and attention to detail help ensure every client receives the highest level of service from first enquiry to project completion.
Sophie Lyons - Senior Designer
Sophie studied Interior and Environmental Design in Dundee and has specialised in kitchen and bathroom design since 2017. Passionate about creating warm, personal spaces, she enjoys working with colour, texture and thoughtful design details that help transform how people live in their homes.
Highlights include a 10-room renovation project in East Lothian, where she helped deliver a cohesive design throughout the property.
Away from work, she enjoys exploring Edinburgh, baking, painting and running. Her must-have? A pyrolytic oven for effortless cleaning.
Karen Berry - Senior Designer
Karen is a qualified interior designer with nine years of kitchen design experience, bringing creativity, ambition and practical thinking to every project. Passionate about creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, she enjoys helping clients find solutions that perfectly suit the way they live.
Her career highlights include designing a showroom and playing a key role in introducing accessible kitchen solutions to Scotland, reflecting her commitment to thoughtful, inclusive design.
Away from work, Karen enjoys bold colours, problem-solving, shopping and spending time with her husband and two boys. Her must-have? A coffee machine – for the perfect latte.
Jen Crossley - Senior Designer
Jen shaped her creative foundations through a BSc and MSc in Product Design at the University of Dundee. Since moving into kitchen design, she has become known for her thoughtful, detail-led approach and her commitment to keeping clients informed and confident throughout every stage of their project
What motivates her most is seeing a design evolve from concept to completion. She values clarity, collaboration, and the quiet details that elevate a space, and she brings that same focus to every kitchen she designs.
Her must-have? A steam oven — because healthy, flavourful cooking should be effortless.
Fiona Reville - Finance Manager
Fiona is a seasoned finance professional with experience across construction, manufacturing, software and other commercial sectors. With a sharp analytical mind and a practical approach to problem-solving, she plays a key role in supporting the business, helping ensure projects and operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Her broad experience in finance and business development brings valuable insight to the team, contributing to the efficiency and continued growth of the company.
Away from work, Fiona enjoys live music, weekends away, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends. Her kitchen must-have? A dishwasher – so she can focus on entertaining rather than washing up.
